In the course of providing you with services we will collect and process information that is commonly known as personal data.
1) Personal data we collect
We may collect personal data where you request information about our services and complete online contact forms or booking forms.
When you complete our general contact form for a service provided by our AcuBaby website, only your name, email address and enquiry will be collected. We may keep a record of this correspondence until it is no longer needed.
When you complete our Placenta Encapsulation enquiry form, your name, email address, due date and place of birth will be collected and stored in our fully GDPR compliant Content Management System.
This information will be deleted when you reach your due date, unless you book in and become a paying client.
You can manage cookies yourself and choose to have them disabled through your browser settings.
2) Why we collect your data
Any data we collect from you is strictly used to:
- provide information you requested from us
- book appointments
- invoice you
- deliver services you have purchased
- notify you about changes to our service
We do not compile mailing lists and do not send newsletters or promotional emails.
3) How we protect your data
We also use password protection on all our devices and software to prevent unpermitted access to all personal data files and emails.
4) Who we share your data with
We never share any personal data with third parties for the purposes of marketing, or selling you goods and services.
For Placenta Encapsulation clients, where your consent has been given, we may on occasion share your data with another Placenta Specialist who is providing cover during holidays or sick days.
5) How long we retain your data
We will store and use your data for no longer than is absolutely necessary.
Personal data collected through this website will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required or useful.
